The second largest city in Zimbabwe, with just over half a million residents is Bulawayo. Situated in the south western part of the country, it is the closest big city to top tourist destinations such as Vic Falls and the Hwange National park.

It boasts many museums and national parks in the area. With main attractions being The Chipangali Wildlife Orphanage, where you are able to get up close and personal with recued wild animals such as rhinos, lion cubs and bush babies. Another popular activity in this quaint city is visiting the railway museum, a real must see for those who are passionate about African history. Mzilikazi Arts and Crafts Centre is a great place to visit for pure African culture at its best, it is located in one of the largest townships of Zimbabwe.
