Howzit Folks?

It’s a lovely day here in the Mother City, a few clouds, not too hot and not too cold.

In a few months our regulars that come down from Europe for the summer will return to the Northern Hemisphere with the Swallows.  That’s going to make a few rooms spare here at Ashanti so why don’t you head on down to Cape Town.

The foods fine and the wine is chilling!

One of regular Summertime visitor is Patrick, who has adopted a lovely fancy pigeon which must have fallen foul of the Cape’s winds and has been recuperating at Ashanti Gardens.  We calling the bird Tweets.  Patricks rung up the pigeon club but the owner appears to be a bit reluctant to come and get his birdie.
