One of the best ways to spend your Sunday afternoons has to be on the lawns of Kirstenbosch National Gardens while watching your favourite band. This location is world famous for its breath taking views, the diverse flora it displays, as well as being home to a variety bird species.

Every Sunday from the end of November until the beginning of April the Gardens are transformed to a magnificent outdoor concert arena, featuring both national and international acts.

The concerts are held in the gardens, where the soft grass banks slope gently down towards the stage. The whole family is welcome and there is even a Kids zone located at the top of the concert lawn. Visitors are encouraged to bring their own picnic and bottle of wine and the perfect afternoon will start while the sun slips behind the mountain and the band begins to play.
