Like the idea of a rustic authentic African safari but still want to have your luxuries? This Luxury permanent tent safari experience is the perfect combination.

Your collection will be in the morning from Johannesburg and you will be transported to the Greater Kruger area where you will go on your first evening game drive, followed by a delicious braai under the beautiful African sky. Tonight is spent in en-suite chalets at the main lodge. An early morning start sees you heading out on a 4 hour big five bush walk before heading to your luxury tent camp for some lunch and a swim in your own private pool. Another afternoon game drive before dinner and some much needed rest. Next up is a full day spent exploring the wonderful Kruger National Park in an open game viewer. Finally, an early morning bush walk with your rangers, before hopping on the transport back, with a quick stop off at the beautiful Blyde River Canyon.

4 Day Luxury Tent and Kruger Experience

Day 1

Johannesburg ā€“ Greater Kruger National Park

Pickup from your home, hotel or OR Tambo airport and travel in an air-conditioned Quantum to our main lodge. At 17h00 board the open Landcruiser for a 4h Sunset drive. Dinner will be an unforgettable Bush BBQ at our incomparable Marula Boma, deep in the African bush. Overnight in a chalet at our lodge.

Day 2

Greater Kruger National Park

Early morning coffee and rusks before we drive to the Olifants River for an amazing 4 h Bush Walk with armed and experienced rangers. You will learn about the smaller denizens of the bush and will learn about tracking and spoor identification. Adrenalin surges will be acute as signs of the presence of the Big Five is everywhere. Return to our main lodge for brunch.

You will then be transferred to your tented lodge. Lunch will be served in the Lapa and after a rest or swim in your private splash pool, we go to Kapama Game Reserve for a 3h Big Five Game Drive. Dinner and overnight at your tented lodge.

Day 3

Greater Kruger National Park ā€“ Kruger Park

After breakfast, you drive on an open Game Viewer to the Orpen Gate of Kruger Park. You will have a full day of game viewing and bird watching in this world-renowned game reserve. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight. 

Day 4

Greater Kruger National Park ā€“ Johannesburg

Enjoy a 1h Bush Walk with armed ranger. After breakfast, we travel to the Blyde River Canyon with a stop at the Three Rondawels. Return to Johannesburg and surrounds at around 17h00. Airport drop off by arrangement.
