Table Mountain Abseiling

The majestic Table Mountain towers above Cape Town; you can’t miss her striking presence on the skyline. But anyone can admire from a distance; are you ready to tackle the mountain up close? Stepping off a vertical cliff at 1000m above sea level, this abseil boasts stunning views of Camps Bay, the impossibly blue sea and the Twelve Apostles mountains spreading out in the distance. You will be briefed, guided through the entire experience, and strapped into a safety harness the whole way down. A short hike takes you back to the top of the mountain, and the cable car takes you back down to ground level, where you can view the mighty mountain with a new appreciation of her splendour.

• A Safety briefing
• Accessing the Abseiling site
• Doing the Abseil

**No experience is needed, the guides show you the ropes and talk you through the whole process
