Truth Coffee
Truth Coffee was voted by The Telegraph as the best coffee shop in the world in 2015 and 2016. This steampunk themed warehouse is filled from top to bottom with metal piping and quirky machinery for serving the best coffee. The coffee is all hand-roasted in a vintage cast-iron drum. Truth Coffee supplies many of South Africa’s top hotels. For the cherry on top, the baristas are dressed in unique, vintage and authentic outfits to match the theme.
Bean There
Bean there is South Africa’s first roaster of certified fair-trade coffee. They strive to make a sustainable difference in the lives of African coffee producers by personally sourcing quality coffee through direct fair trade. At the same time, they providing meaningful employment in South Africa. Bean there is a bright, modern and lovely place. They offer coffee beans from many different African countries. You can choose beans from Rwanda, Tanzania, Kenya and Ethiopia. The coffee is roasted freshly in the store which makes it extra delicious.
Origin Coffee
Origin coffee was founded by Joel who has a passion for coffee and this company is known as the godfather of all gourmet coffees in the mother city. With an upstairs and downstairs area, Origin Coffee is perfect for networking and socializing. They are focussing on developing a hub of coffee excellence that would service the whole of Africa. They pride able to source the world’s finest coffee beans via an ethical and sustainable sourcing model. Origin coffee works with quality selected green beans. That’s what you taste in your cup of coffee.
Haas Coffee
At Haas coffee they focus on the whole picture, making your coffee experience special. In this charming coffee shop you can enjoy the smell of roasted and ground coffee beans. To make it more relaxing they play soothing music and show electric art. The staff is well dressed in crockery designed clothes. The beans, in general, are coming from Brazil and Indonesia. They are offering from everything from standard coffee brews to Black Insomnia. Officially the world’s strongest coffee and produced right here in Cape Town. It packs a punch of 200% more caffeine. Deluxe Coffee Works
They great thing about this company is that they don’t like to play by the rulebook when it comes to coffee. They make coffee in the best way they know. They are passionate about coffee and they think that’s enough reason to know how to serve good coffee. They roast, supply and serve beans of the highest quality. It’s all about the coffee here you will not find any fancy food or WIFI at Deluxe. The beans they work with are from Brazil, Guatemalan and Ethiopia.
